About project ZeloFinance.ai is a fintech platform that helps businesses unlock instant cash from unpaid invoices. We partnered from the ground up to design the product experience, visual identity, and scalable design system, creating a seamless platform for invoice uploads, funding approvals, and cash flow management.

Problem
Businesses often face cash flow delays due to unpaid invoices and slow financing processes. The challenge was to simplify invoice financing into a fast, transparent, and easy-to-use digital experience.
Solution
We designed a fintech platform that simplifies invoice financing, allowing businesses to upload invoices, request funding, track approvals, and manage repayments through a clear and intuitive interface.
Process
Wireframing
Wireframes were developed to establish clear user flows for invoice submission, financing approval tracking, and repayment management. The goal was to create a structured product architecture that simplifies financial operations while maintaining flexibility for future platform expansion. By focusing on clear hierarchy and logical navigation, the wireframes laid the foundation for a platform that allows businesses to quickly understand and manage their funding activities.

The visual design of ZeloFinance was created to reflect clarity, trust, and financial reliability. A modern fintech interface was built using structured layouts, data-focused components, and accessible visual patterns that make financial information easy to interpret. Consistent design language, intuitive navigation, and scalable UI components ensure the platform delivers a smooth experience across both mobile applications and web dashboards.
