Wise is a tutoring management platform that helps institutes and educators run their entire teaching business from one system. As design partners from day one, we built the product from defining strategy, UX, visual identity, and a scalable design system to create a powerful yet intuitive platform for managing classes, scheduling, payments, and student engagement.

Problem
Tutoring businesses rely on scattered tools for scheduling, communication, payments, and tracking — leading to operational chaos and poor learner experience. Wise aimed to unify everything into one simple, scalable SaaS platform that streamlines class management, reminders, live sessions, and performance tracking.
Solution
We built an integrated tutoring platform that automates scheduling, reminders, live classes, credit tracking, and communication in one system. Role-based dashboards streamline operations for admins, tutors, and students, while automated reminders and live integrations reduce no-shows and simplify online learning delivery.
Process
Wireframing
Wireframes translated complex tutoring workflows into structured and easy-to-navigate layouts. We defined calendar views, session management systems, recurring scheduling logic, credit consumption tracking, and notification flows. The key challenge was balancing enterprise-level functionality with an intuitive interface for small tutoring businesses. Every interaction was optimized for speed and clarity.

We explored confident color palettes, structured grids, and modern UI patterns that communicate professionalism and scalability. The brand tone supports academic credibility while remaining approachable for tutors and learners.

Wise was designed as a flexible SaaS platform accessible across devices. The web dashboard empowers admins with complete operational visibility, while mobile-friendly views support instructors and students on the go. Consistent components ensure seamless transitions between scheduling, live sessions, performance tracking, and communication tools.

Before Wise, tutoring businesses relied on multiple disconnected tools to manage classes, students, live sessions, and performance tracking. This fragmented setup increased administrative workload and made it difficult to manage and scale structured online tutoring.
