Problem
Simplilearn needed to manage high course volumes, complex certification pathways, enterprise sales journeys, and diverse learner personas without overwhelming users. Conversion optimisation for course landing pages, seamless cross-device learning, and enterprise dashboard clarity were critical.
Solution
We solved this by building a modular UX architecture with structured course hierarchies, clear CTAs, streamlined navigation, and performance-driven layouts. For B2B, we designed enterprise-ready learning dashboards with reporting, employee tracking, and scalable onboarding flows. A unified design system ensured consistency across thousands of pages while enabling rapid product expansion and feature rollouts.

The B2B platform was built to support enterprise digital transformation and workforce upskilling. We designed dashboards that provide visibility into employee progress, skill gaps, certification tracking, and engagement metrics. The UX balances enterprise authority with usability, enabling HR leaders and L&D managers to deploy large-scale training programs effortlessly. Clear reporting structures, onboarding flows, and scalable architecture made it easier for organizations to unlock unlimited live digital skilling across teams and geographies.

Simplilearn Learning HUB+
The B2C experience was designed to help students and professionals discover, evaluate, and enroll in certification programs with confidence. We focused on high-conversion course landing pages, structured curriculum visibility, instructor credibility, career outcomes, and trust indicators. Clean layouts, strong visual hierarchy, and persuasive UX patterns improved decision-making speed while supporting SEO-driven traffic growth. The mobile learning experience was optimized for on-the-go professionals, ensuring seamless content consumption, progress tracking, and certification completion.

Design
To support rapid growth and cross-functional collaboration, we built a scalable enterprise-grade design system powered by structured tokens, modular grids, and consistent interaction patterns. Typography (Satoshi), defined colour themes, spacing scales, responsive grids, shadow systems, border tokens, and semantic theme mapping enabled visual consistency across B2C and B2B products. The system supports accessibility, light and dark themes, scalable components, and rapid product iteration, ensuring Simplilearn’s digital ecosystem remains cohesive as it expands globally.
