Houzeguru aims to streamline how users discover and book home services while helping service providers manage operations efficiently. Our role involved defining the end-to-end product experience, from initial research and wireframes to final UI and design system implementation. The goal was to create a seamless, intuitive, and scalable platform that supports both users and service professionals.
Challenges & Solutions
Problem
The early-stage product lacked structure, clarity, and a cohesive user journey. Users struggled with discovering services, understanding pricing, and managing bookings, while providers had limited visibility into operations and scheduling.
Solution
We designed a unified mobile experience with clear navigation, simplified booking flows, and structured information architecture. By introducing a scalable design system and intuitive UI patterns, we improved usability, reduced friction, and enabled faster decision-making for both users and service providers.
Process
Logo
The Houzeguru logo was designed to reflect trust, simplicity, and reliability. We explored geometric forms and minimal styling to create a recognizable identity that aligns with the brand’s vision of making home services effortless and accessible.
Illustration
Custom illustrations were created to enhance user engagement and simplify communication across the app. These visuals help guide users through key actions, making the experience more approachable while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Design
The final UI focuses on clarity, usability, and efficiency. We designed streamlined booking flows, intuitive navigation, and clean layouts that reduce cognitive load. The experience ensures users can easily discover services, schedule bookings, and track progress without friction.
