Gamma needed to transform a complex early-stage SaaS product into a scalable and intuitive digital experience. The platform involved multiple workflows, data-heavy interactions, and evolving business requirements, making usability and consistency critical challenges. Without a structured UX foundation and unified interface system, scaling the product efficiently across web and mobile experiences became increasingly difficult.
