A Wise Home is an all-in-one family management platform designed to help modern households stay organized. From securely managing important documents and assigning family tasks to tracking expenses and coordinating household staff, the platform brings everyday responsibilities together into one seamless experience. As design partners, we collaborated closely with the founding team to build the product from the ground up, crafting the user experience, establishing the visual language, and creating a scalable design system to support its 0-to-1 startup journey.
Challenges & Solutions
Problem
Modern families often rely on multiple apps, spreadsheets, and paper records to manage household responsibilities. Important documents become difficult to locate, family tasks are hard to coordinate, expenses lack visibility, and managing household staff becomes inefficient. This fragmented experience creates unnecessary complexity and reduces productivity in everyday family life.
Solution
We designed “A Wise Home” as a unified family management platform that brings together document management, task planning, expense tracking, and staff coordination. With intuitive navigation and a scalable design system, we created a seamless experience that helps families stay organized and manage their homes efficiently.
Process
Logo
A Wise Home logo was designed to represent trust, organization, and modern family living. We explored clean geometric forms and a minimal visual style to create a memorable identity that reflects simplicity, security, and the platform's mission of bringing documents, tasks, expenses, and household management into one seamless experience.
Illustration
Custom illustrations were designed to simplify complex family management workflows and improve feature discovery. They visually represent document management, task planning, expense tracking, and household staff coordination, creating a friendly, engaging, and consistent user experience across the platform.
Design
The final UI is designed for clarity, efficiency, and ease of use. We streamlined document management, task planning, expense tracking, and household staff coordination into intuitive workflows, enabling families to stay organized and manage daily responsibilities with minimal effort.
